2nd Sunday of Lent

Thanks to all who came out last week! It was our largest group in a while. There was quite a bit to cover and Lent seems to be off to a pretty solid start. Check out the audio here.
For Tree of Life, let's try to include the alternate 'Lent 2' verse along with the 'normal' verses. We may also want to consider adding the Adoramus Te Christe descant near the end.
Since we have another shot at Return to God, it might be a good opportunity to clean this up a bit. Let's try the repeat on the refrain this time and be careful about pushing the tempo.
Some updates on Easter Sunday -- this will be a combined choirs Mass that I'm jointly organizing with the Sunday folks. Since there's only one Mass that morning (rather than several as in the past) and neither of us wanted to give it up, this seemed like the best approach.
As for other Holy Week liturgies, we're still taking point on Good Friday; the Sunday Choir has Holy Thursday & Vigil. Everyone's encouraged to come sing/play for all of these liturgies, though. Here's the schedule if you need it. Stay tuned for music & details as we get them sorted out.
UPDATE: 03/09: Something's come up with Fr. Charlie, so Fr. Baker will be celebrating the weekend Masses (a few things will need tweaked). Let's also have a contingency for the expected snow.
UPDATE: 03/10: Due to Father's absence & anticipated weather, we made some changes to the program. See below. Also expect no sung presider entrances on Mass Parts.
UPDATE: 03/12: Choir activities are canceled. Bev & I can't make it and Deacon Jack is aware. Mass is still on as it stands. Stay safe out there!
