Season of Creation
25th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Thanks for another great liturgy last week! Things are sounding wonderful and it's nice to see everyone back post-Summer. It was hard picking favorites, but I particularly liked how We Come to Your Feast turned out. Check out the audio here.

Since we're once again in the red for COVID cases, I'd suggest that we consider masking for rehearsals & Masses. That may be a wise precaution until things settle down (hopefully soon).

We've only sung Father's Gathering song, All You Works of God, once before. Please take a look. Note a few splits on the refrain, as well as cantor/response parts on the verses. If anyone's up for serving as the cantor, we can handle the verses that way; otherwise, everyone would sing the cantor parts instead.

For We Are the Light of the World, I'd like to duplicate our approach from last time (see below), which gave this a nice feel. We'll probably have time for about 4-5 verses for Offertory.

Looking ahead, Chris W. will be covering piano for Bev next weekend, 09/24. If anyone else is out that Saturday, please let us know for planning.

Also for 09/24, we have a new piece on the board, SS #138 - Voice of Christ (Materials (**links removed**)). If there's time, I'd like to start working on this during Saturday's rehearsal.

I think that's all for now. Be well and have a great week!
