Thanks to all who come out over Arts Fest weekend! We were a small crew, but pieces like Open My Eyes and As One Unknown still came together nicely. Here's the audio.

Looking at this week's music, I needed to make a small change -- since Father has Seek Ye First on for Gathering, we'll sing Strength for the Journey for Offertory instead. Please make sure you're comfortable with the rhythms on this one (there are several spots that are a bit tricky).

For Precious Lord, Take My Hand, let's try to give it as much of a fun, gospel feel as we can. If you're able to pick up (or improv) parts, that would be great. We may spend some extra time on this one.

Our music and cantor schedule for August is almost ready. Just as a heads up, the first two weekends in August may be a little tricky -- I'm likely out on 08/06 & Bev on 08/13 (with Joanne covering). Quite a few others are out those Saturdays as well. We should make sure coverage is sorted out beforehand.

It's looking like we're mostly back to full staff this week. Be well and see you Saturday!
