29th Sunday in Ordinary Time
Thanks for another solid Mass last week! It was great to have our guitar section back again. Beyond Table Song and We Arise (which are coming along nicely), Let All the Earth was a highlight.
As you know, Lisa and I will be out for a choir concert (if you're interested in checking out the show, details can be found here and here). Instrumentalists may want to arrive a bit early to set up the choir space, pull materials, balance/adjust the mics, etc. (I'll be designating someone to take point and run rehearsal). Please feel free to email or call/text if you need anything; otherwise, I'll leave you guys to it!
There's a wedding scheduled for 2:30 PM in the Church -- this usually doesn't cause any issues, but wanted to give you a heads up just in case.
A reminder to please take a look at our new Psalm for 10/27, All the Ends of the Earth (materials here). If you'd be interested in cantoring, let me know.
Finally, don't forget to let me know if you're available to sing/play for Emmanuel's funeral liturgy on Saturday, 11/03, at 10 AM. The info I have thus far can be found here. Stay tuned for details, including the music and a possible extra practice.
