21st Sunday in Ordinary Time

Thanks for a strong Mass last week! It was great having all of our vocalists back, and I appreciate your flexibility with instrumental coverage. The splits on Gather Your People & Pan de Vida especially sounded nice (we should look at the parts & Spanish on these next time :-)! Here's the audio.
Our music for September should be ready in the next week. Since the Season of Creation kicks off at the beginning of September, Barb P., Joanne and I were originally going to select a theme piece; instead, we decided to each 'do our own thing', using various creation-themed songs throughout the month (some may be new). We'll also be switching to Mass of Creation. Stay tuned!
I'm hoping to start publicizing the new Music Ministry website this week. Everything appears to be working as expected, with no reports of issues thus far (thanks for all the feedback!). We're looking at linking it to the Parish homepage, as well as sharing via the Bulletin, Flocknote & Facebook.
We've only sung this week's Psalm once before. If it's unfamiliar, please take a look. Unfortunately, there aren't any parts available, but it's still a lovely little piece with just melody :-).
If you're able, please check out the parts on Eye Has Not Seen. It would be great to split some of these out. Most likely, we'll only need 2-3 verses, but make sure you're familiar with the different melody on verse four (just in case!).
Fly Like a Bird is another 'classic' that we haven't sung for a Saturday in many years (I have no record of the last time). Like Offertory, including parts would really help fill this out.
Finally, for I Will Choose Christ, let's plan to do the entire song. With all the key changes, ending this one early really isn't an option (it shouldn't be overly long for Closing anyway).
Be well and have a wonderful week!
(All Mass Parts, except the Gospel Acclamation, are from Mass of Joy & Peace, including the Gloria, Holy, Eucharistic Acclamation 'A' (We Proclaim Your Death), Doxology & Lamb of God)
