4th Sunday of Advent
Welcome to the final Sunday of Advent! A reminder that the Advent Penance Service is scheduled for tonight (Tuesday, 12/17) at 7 PM. The selections can be found HERE (three songs, plus recorded music for confessions). If you're able to make it, singers are needed.
I'm sure most of you are aware of the issue we've been having with little to no heat in the Church. There's a lot going on right now, but I'll look into this and get back to you as soon as I can. Stay tuned.
If you haven't already, please review the parts on O Come, Divine Messiah!. I'd also suggested taking a look at Refrain II on the Psalm. It would be nice to include harmony on Holy is Your Name as well.
Finally, I learned last week that Agape Hall won't be set up for Christmas Mass until the morning of Monday, 12/23. This necessitated a bit of tweaking to our rehearsal plans. Our after-Mass rehearsal this Saturday will now be held in the Church. Jonathan can't make dress rehearsal, so he's coming Saturday instead (we'll focus on guitar/voice pieces). Dress rehearsal has been moved to 12/23 from 4:30-6:30 PM in the Hall (we have the room from 3-7 PM). Thanks for the input on this and apologies for the last-minute change. More details to follow in a separate post.
