6th Sunday of Easter
I'm in the process of picking music for June, and should have it ready for approvals in the next week or so. Looking ahead, we have several feast days that month, including Pentecost (06/08), Trinity Sunday (06/15) and Body & Blood of Christ (06/22). These celebrations will wrap up the Easter season.
For those unaware, my sister Karina, who played flute with us for a number of years, will be back in town beginning late Saturday evening. She'll be sticking around for a couple of weeks. Not sure if she has any plans to join us for a Mass, but feel free to reach out if you'd like to say hi or catch up.
We've been asked to play for the Feast of the Ascension Mass on Wednesday, 05/29 at 7 PM. Details went out by email (program HERE). If you haven't already, please let know your availability to sing/play (Bev has piano covered). Rehearsal will be at 6:00 PM that evening (possibly 6:30 if a small group). Thanks!
Finally, a reminder to keep everyone in the loop on any summer absences so we can plan accordingly (for example, I'll be out 08/03 due to a choir concert). Just want to avoid any surprises during this busy time of year :-).
