4th Sunday of Lent
We had yet another great Mass last week -- things seemed to balance well and the harmonies were excellent. Special thanks to Mary for joining Jim on the Psalm and singing several of the descants -- that was a huge help! Check out the recordings HERE.
Bev released the final version of our contacts spreadsheet last week. Thanks to all who participated! I'd definitely encourage everyone to take advantage of the new modes of communication we shared. Email isn't going away anytime soon, but phone, Facebook, etc. may be better ways to reach folks in certain situations. Hopefully, this will make coordination a bit easier moving forward.
Just a reminder that we have practice after Mass from ~7-8 PM to look at Lent/Easter music. The plan is the same as last week's canceled practice. Please stick around, as we only have a few weeks left to sort everything out. This would also be a good opportunity to finalize our prelude planning and come up with a practice schedule for April.
- I Will Rise
- Who is That Man?
- Calvary
- Other Lent/Easter music as needed
Finally, looking ahead, Maggie is out on 04/06; I'll likely be out on 04/27.
UPDATE: 03/28: Due to several folks being out, RCIA this weekend has been canceled, so there won't be a Dismissal during Mass.
UPDATE: 03/30: Jim is out today; Maggie & Ken are likely out as well.
