Thanks to all who were able to come sing/play last week! We ended up pulling off a cantor-style Mass with a pretty small group of musicians. Bev, Tom and Joe had instruments covered, while Ginny and I cantored from the mics with help from Steve and Rose. This wasn't exactly the original plan, but overall, everything came together nicely and balanced well. Check out the final result HERE.

Our music for July has been approved with no changes (HERE). The cantor schedule (HERE) is also ready to go. Please let me know of any issues. Also, stay tuned for the music for August (currently in-progress).

If you haven't already, don't forget to review the parts for Come to Me, O Weary Traveler. Likewise, if you're not familiar with One Spirit, One Church, please look it over. We've only done this one other time.

Finally, Barb shared the following with me yesterday:
"I also wanted to tell you I finally listened to some of the recordings of your group that you post on your blog - you sound wonderful!!  Please pass my compliments on to everyone and thank them for the dedication to the 5:30 Music Ministry." 
I can't reiterate enough how much your dedication to the Ministry is appreciated. I know things have been a bit interesting lately (even by summer standards), but what we do really does make a difference. Definitely keep up the good work, and if I don't see you, Happy 4th of July!
