This Saturday is the 7th Sunday of Easter.
Thanks for a great Guitar Mass last week! It's been too long since we've done one of those. Considering we were running a bit lean, things came together very well with only a few minor issues. Our Communion song, We Are One Body, was definitely a highlight. Special thanks to Jim for a lovely Prelude and Communion Meditation. Also, welcome again to our new folks!

A reminder that we're covering the Feast of the Ascension Mass on Wednesday, 05/09, at 7 PM. Details went out be email (HERE). Apologies for the short-notice, but I just found out about this on Monday. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A few other upcoming events: on Friday, 05/11, at 7:30 PM, Barb's daughter Anna is hosting a concert to benefit our sister parish in Jamaica (details HERE). Jonathan is also hosting a music therapy concert and documentary on Monday, 05/14, at 7:30 PM (details in the Bulletin).

Our quarterly dinner is scheduled for this Saturday, 05/12. Let's plan to meet in the Warehouse around 6:45 PM. The signup can be found HERE. If not enough of us can stick around, we can always cancel/reschedule.

Pentecost is right around the corner. As many of you know, we typically try to recruit new musicians around this time. There's no dedicated Time & Talent Fair this year, so please keep an eye out for potential new members. It would be great to expand our core group of singers, add to our guitar section, and maybe even pull in another melodic instrumentalist.

Speaking of Pentecost, we have a new song on the board for Offertory: SS #132 - One Spirit, One Church. Please look this over if unfamiliar. Materials are up on the website.

For We Are One Body, let's take a bit of time to sort out how the repeats near the end will be handled. Everything flowed fine last week, but just want to make sure we're all on the same page.
